Since the big boys have birthdays only a day apart we always make sure they get a special mini-family celebration (with cake and a small gift) on their actual birthday! Ben had been asking for this tie-dyed cake for a while now! It was a lot easier than it looked - something tells me this isn't the last time we'll try this technique.
